适用电压:0.6/1KV
主要原材料:铜芯、PVC绝缘、PVC护套
二、产品执行标准
电缆设计符合国家标准《GB_12706.1-2008_第1部分:额定电压1kV(Um=1.2kV)到3kV(Um=3.6kV)电缆》和国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC60502的要求。
三、产品用途
聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为电线电缆绝缘材料,从50年代开始至今,是使得.多的材料,属于热塑性材料,资源丰富,价格低廉,能简易挤包在电缆导体上,有较好的机械性能和电气绝缘性能、耐油性、耐磨性、阻燃性能良好。长期允许工作湿度为70℃,短时.高温度达160℃,广泛使用在中低压电线电缆的绝缘和护套上。
聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆VV具有良好的电气性能和化学稳定性,结构简单,使用方便。本产品适用于交流50 Hz,额定电压0.6/1KV的线路中,供输配电之用。其中五芯电力电缆是为了适应配电系统的发展和性需要,将低压配电系统工程的中性线与零线分开,使系统运行更趋稳定,保障了操作人员的性。敷设在室内、架空、电缆沟道、管道内,电缆不能承受压力和机械外力作用。建议不要直埋在土壤中,需套在PVC管中直埋为佳。除了用于传输和分配电能外,它也可以作为各种电气设备间大连接线。
其主要优点是:
(1)因受外界因素(如雷害、风害、鸟害等)的影响小,所以它的供电可靠性高;
(2)电力电缆是埋入地下的,工程隐蔽,所以对市容环境影响较小,即使发生事故,一般也不会影响人身;
(3)电缆电容较大,可改善线路功率因数。在很多工业企业中,应用还是非常广泛,原因在于价格很有优势。
VV电缆的适用范围:敷设在室内,隧道及管道中,电缆不能承受压力和机械外力;作为传送和分配电能的线路用,如是地下敷设穿管。
四、产品使用特性:
1.敷设注意事项
(1)敷设时电缆温度不低于0℃,环境温度低于0℃时,应对电缆进行预热。
(2)敷设的弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的10倍。
(3)电缆敷设后应经受以直流耐压试验,时间15分钟,试验电压3.5KV。
(4)短路时(.长持续时间不超过5S)电缆导体的.高温度不超过160摄氏度。
在空气中敷设:
(1)单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离185 mm2以下为电缆直径的2倍,240 mm2以上的为90 mm。
(2)周围环境温度:30℃。
(3)导电线芯.高允许温度:70℃。
(4)不同环境温度下载流量的校正系数:

直埋敷设:
(1)单芯电缆不接触敷设时,中心距离为电缆直径的2倍。

(5)直坦深试:0.7 m。
(6)不同环境温度下载流量校正系数:
